Summer is just the right time to start gaining new self-confidence and change your lifestyle. But don't forget that rest is the most essential part of exercise if of course you exercise regularly and if you know how to rest... Of course, we don't doubt, or at least we expect that the marathon participants are already familiar with this. Anyway!

Rest is not only for the body but also for the brain. First of all, quality of sleep is essential. There is not just one recipe for efficient rest: some of you read books, listen to music, go to the cinema or the theater, others are fine with a short afternoon nap, working in the garden or even cleaning, and in the summer soaking in the sea and lying in the shade... For everyone, the next two months are the right time to learn how to take care of yourself in order to push the boundaries on the VW 27th Ljubljana Marathon.
